2. Description of Service

RESYD provides a territory-based real estate matching platform and market intelligence hub. We connect users with third-party real estate professionals ("Experts") based on geographic ZIP codes and user intent (buying, selling, or renting).

RESYD is not a real estate brokerage. We do not act as an agent for you or any real estate professional. Any real estate transactions are conducted solely between you and the third-party professional.

3. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information through our matching forms.
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless you are a vetted Professional Partner).
• Refrain from using any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our market data.

4. Real Estate Professionals

Real estate professionals matched through RESYD are independent contractors and not employees or agents of RESYD. While we perform a human review of territories, we do not guarantee the performance, results, or conduct of any matched professional. We recommend you perform your own due diligence before signing any legal representation agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on RESYD.CO, including text, market data analysis, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RESYD and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESYD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH MATCHED PROFESSIONALS.
